Receipt Printers

Humble 2.0 is versatile in the sense that it can be used across multiple platforms. Although connecting to a receipt printer follows the same steps when you're in 2.0, each platform is slightly different when connecting the receipt printer physically.

Web/Chrome

Supported Printers

• Ethernet 
• USB

Setup 

• Download the Humble Till Printer Support Chrome Extension.
• Configure the printer according to the product manual.
• Navigate to Settings > Hardware
  • The application will search for available ethernet and USB printers, and display them.
• Find the printer you would like to use, and click “Connect”.
• The printer will now display under “Connected Printers”, and will print receipts when completing transactions.
• Additionally, you can print a test receipt, change the receipt paper width, and disconnect from the printer.

Mac App

Ethernet Setup

• Configure the printer according to the product manual.
• Navigate to Settings > Hardware
  • The application will search for available ethernet printers, and display them.
• Find the printer you would like to use, and click “Connect”.
• The printer will now display under “Connected Printers”, and will print receipts when completing transactions.
• Additionally, you can print a test receipt, change the receipt paper width, and disconnect from the printer.

USB Setup

• Configure the printer according to the product manual.
  • In macOS Settings, navigate to Printers & Scanners
    • Ensure the printer displays here, and is set as the “Default Printer”.
• In Humble 2.0, navigate to Settings > Hardware
  • The application will search for available USB printers, and display them.
• Find the printer you would like to use, and click “Connect”.
• The printer will now display under “Connected Printers”, and will print receipts when completing transactions.
• Additionally, you can print a test receipt, change the receipt paper width, and disconnect from the printer.

Windows App

• Download the Epson TM Assistant application
  • Connect to the printer and do a test printer
• Navigate to Settings > Hardware
  • The application will search for available Bluetooth printers, and display them.
• Find the printer you would like to use, and click “Connect”.
• The printer will now display under “Connected Printers”, and will print receipts when completing transactions.
• Additionally, you can print a test receipt, change the receipt paper width, and disconnect from the printer.

Android App
