To view your stock reports, click on Reports and then on Stock Reports.
There are two stock reports that you can choose from.
In Stock
The In Stock report will show the current quantities of your stock items (positive or negative quantities). You can run the report for a specific site, category and product, or you can choose to show all items or categories.
Once you have updated your filters, you can click on the rounded arrow next to Export to refresh the information displayed on-screen.
If you would like to download your report, click on Export. This will open a drop down where you can choose to Export to PDF or Export to Excel.
Low Stock
The Low Stock Report will show you items that have had low stock enabled, their threshold quantity and their current on hand quantity for each site.
Once you have updated your filters, you can click on the rounded arrow next to Export to refresh the information displayed on-screen.
If you would like to download your report, click on Export. This will open a drop down where you can choose to Export to PDF or Export to Excel.
