I can add a customer to the basket, but I can’t see that same customer when I want to complete the sale on Account

This could be because of how your customer is set up. We have two types of customers:

  • Cash Sale Customer - They cannot pay using Account

  • Account Customer - Able to pay using Account

 

By default, when creating a new customer, they will be set as a Cash Sale customer. You can confirm this by going to Settings (⚙️) > Customers and selecting the customer in question. Scroll to the bottom and confirm if the below option is checked or unchecked.

 

Once checked, you will be able to select the customer in question when completing a sale on Account.



You can also choose to set a limit for their account.
