If you find you have a customer that that no longer comes in to buy, you can mark them as inactive.
To do this, go to Settings (the cog on the top right next to your name). You will be taken to the General Page. Click on Customers. You will be taken to the Customers screen.
Select the customer you wish to make inactive. In the Edit Customer screen click on Active to toggle it to Inactive and click Update.
Your customer will now show as Inactive in the Customers list.
You will no longer be able to add the customer to sales or select them for account payments.
