Processing a Stock Order

Need to order more stock from your supplier ? You can do this by creating and processing a stock order.

 

To create a new stock order, click on Suppliers in the top navigation bar, then click on Stock Orders. Next click on Order Stock.



You will be taken to the New Stock Order Screen.



Here you can add in the following details:

 

  • Reference - The reference of the stock order

  • Choose a Supplier - Click on the drop down to select the supplier for the stock order

  • Add a note - A note for the stock order

  • Search Products - Click on the drop down to select the product/s that you are ordering for the stock order

  • Physical Address - The physical address of where the stock order needs to be shipped to

  • Delivery Date - The date the stock order is expected to arrive

 

Once all the relevant details have been added in, click Process.



Your stock order will be processed and you will be taken back to the Stock Orders screen. Your stock order will be added to your stock orders list.



Completing a stock order will not update the on hand quantities


You can click on your processed stock order to view the details. Click Print to download the PDF to your downloads folder.



Once you have processed a stock order, an unprocessed stock receipt will be generated under Stock Received, this will be indicated by a notification dot next to Stock Received. You can view the stock receipt and process it once you have received the stock in-store.
