If you find yourself offline - be it, the electricity has gone off or your internet is not working - you will still be able to access majority of your Till, allowing you to continue with business as usual.
Next to your name you will notice a cloud icon.
When you click it, it will open a modal of all your pending uploads (information that has been captured while offline, that needs to get uploaded to the server once you are online again).
The ✅ shows that there is nothing that needs to sync through.
The ? shows that there is information that needs to sync through.
Once you are online, you will be able to upload all your outstanding transactions/changes. This can be done by:
Refreshing your browser or clicking the cloud icon next to your name,
then clicking the ? next to each pending item.
Once everything has uploaded:
If you are online again but are still showing offline, click the Offline image to come back online.
Once online your information will start syncing through.
Please note: When you are Offline, you will not be able to start a Cash Up, Stock Take or Stock Movement, and you will not be able to add or edit users or locations.
