Adumo allows you to add a note to a specific product that is in your basket. This can prove useful when selling customised orders.
If a customer wishes to order a cappuccino but hold the cinnamon, for example, you can make a note of this here.
First, make sure you are in the Till screen. Next, select a product by clicking on one of the product tiles on the left hand side.
Once your product is in the basket, click on the down arrow next to their description. This will expand their details for the sale.
Now you will see there is a field to add a not to that specific product. Add in your note and press Enter to save it.
